MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Ashlee! I know firsthand how exciting—and overwhelming—entrepreneurship can be. I started LO&PS Agency because I saw a need for genuine, hands-on support for business owners who are passionate about their work but don’t want to be bogged down by day-to-day operations.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing with a concentration in Design, Commercialization, and Development from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, I’ve spent over a decade working in bookkeeping, marketing, and human resources. But beyond that, I’ve been in the trenches—building businesses, managing operations, and navigating the challenges of business ownership firsthand.

Before launching LO&PS Agency, I successfully ran three businesses:

✔ Lemon Tidy Professional Organizing – where I helped individuals and businesses streamline their spaces for better productivity.

✔ Orange Summers Fashion Boutique – where I gained real-world experience in branding, e-commerce, and product marketing.

✔ RGV Vending Machines Co. – where I learned the ins and outs of operations, logistics, and financial management.

In addition to running my own businesses, I’ve worked in various industries, including corporate administration, accounting, marketing, sales, and even event hosting. From working as a personal assistant for a CEO to serving as an Administrative Accountant, my career has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a business running smoothly.

These experiences shaped my passion for helping entrepreneurs and business owners stay organized, create efficient workflows, and build a business that works for them—not the other way around.
