  • Getting started is simple:

    1. Book a Discovery Call – This is a free consultation with our account manager to discuss your business, industry, and specific needs. The more details you provide, the better we can assist you. Schedule a Discovery Call.

    2. Personalized Service Plan – Based on your needs, we recommend the best service plan and match you with a specialized virtual assistant (VA).

    3. Onboarding & Setup – Once you’ve selected your plan and made your first payment, you can start delegating tasks to your VA immediately.

  • While our standard business hours apply, our virtual assistants manage their own schedules. If you require support outside of regular hours, simply coordinate directly with your VA to find a mutually convenient arrangement.

Pricing + Payments

  • We offer flexible hourly plans designed to fit businesses of all sizes. Our plans range from 5 to 40 hours per month and automatically renew on the same date each month.

    • Smaller businesses may only need 5-10 hours/month

    • Growing businesses typically require 20+ hours/month

  • Project-based services are priced with a flat, one-time fee. These include offerings like branding, website development, and e-commerce store setup. All other ongoing support is available through monthly subscription plans based on hourly tiers (5, 10, 20, 30, or 40 hours/month).

  • At this time, we do not offer discounted pricing for long-term commitments. However, we provide flexibility with your hours:

    • Rollover Hours – If you don’t use all your hours in a given month, they roll over to the next month.

    • Split Hours – You can divide your purchased hours across multiple services. For example, if you purchase 20 hours/month, you could allocate 10 hours for bookkeeping and 10 hours for marketing with separate VAs.

  • While there is no long-term contract, we recommend a minimum of three months to see measurable progress and efficiency.

    If you decide to cancel, we require a 10-day written notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • If you exceed your hours occasionally, you may borrow hours from the following month. However, we recommend upgrading to the next plan if your workload consistently exceeds your current plan’s limits.

  • Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not currently allow upgrades or downgrades mid-month.

  • Refunds are not typically offered, but we review unused hours on a case-by-case basis. Many of our clients benefit from rollover hours and flexible hour allocations across services.

Working with Virtual Assistants

  • After your Discovery Call, we evaluate your specific needs and match you with qualified VAs who specialize in those services. You’ll have the opportunity to review their profiles and interview potential VAs before making a final decision.

  • Once paired with your VA, we’ll host a kickoff Zoom call to introduce you both. From there, you can decide on the best communication method, such as:

    • Email

    • Slack

    • Trello/Asana

    • Phone calls

    • Weekly check-ins via Zoom

  • Yes! If you feel that your VA isn’t the right fit, simply contact your account manager, and we will rematch you with a better-suited VA at no extra cost.

  • Yes—if your preferred VA is still with us and has availability, we’re happy to reconnect you.

  • In the rare event your VA becomes unavailable, we’ll pair you with another qualified VA as quickly as possible to ensure continuity.

  • Our VAs are already trained in their areas of expertise. While they don’t require formal training, they’ll need onboarding from you to understand your systems, preferences, and workflows.

  • We use time-tracking software where VAs log their hours and include detailed descriptions of the tasks completed. You’ll receive weekly or monthly reports for full transparency.

  • We take privacy and security very seriously. Our measures include:

    • Confidentiality Agreements – Every VA signs a strict NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

    • Secure File Sharing – We recommend using encrypted tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, or LastPass for sensitive data.

    • Account Access Control – We advise using limited-access permissions where possible to protect your business.

  • Our VAs are experienced with a wide variety of tools. If you use a platform they’re unfamiliar with, we’ll either assign a VA who is proficient or arrange for training so they can learn your preferred system.

  • No. Our VAs are independent contractors, meaning you have complete control over your workload. Whether you take on one client or multiple clients, your availability is 100% flexible based on your personal schedule.
